EABC: Intellectual Property Rights Working Group Meeting

On 22nd February- IPR Working Group hosted its second meeting of 2023 via MS Teams. The meeting consisted with constructive discussion on various topics;

– Statistics of IP Enforcement in 2022
– Details of New Fast-Track Route for Trademark Registration
– Update on MoU on the Protection of IPR on the Internet
– Update on MoU on Online Advertising and Intellectual Property Rights
– Updates on Copyright and Data Protection
– DIP Consultation on the protection and enforcement IPRs in Thailand
