EABC: Meeting with the Energy Working Group

On 15th February – the Energy Working Group hosted its first meeting of 2023 via EABC Office and MS Teams. The meeting consisted of a constructive discussion on various topics;
– Updates on new RE procurement in Thailand
– Updates on TPA Codes
– New merger control regime in the energy sector
– Proposed foreign ownership restrictions for energy licensees
– Ongoing process with the government sector
