EABC Annual General Meeting 2021

On 10 June 2021, EABC organized a virtual Annual General Meeting for the first time ever.  The AGM was planned to have been held in person followed by a networking dinner. However, due to the COVID 19 situation, the AGM was changed to be electronic. This meeting was enabled by the Electronic Meetings Decree. AGM 2021 covered the topics which an Association needs to cover each year; approval of EABC audited financial statements, report of the President, presentation of EABC activities and financial outlook. We had welcomed many members present in person or by proxy.
