Bangkok – Recently Pernod Ricard Thailand, led by Ms. Wannaporn Wattanakasemsat, Public Affairs Manager of Pernod Ricard Thailand, cooperated with the Royal Thai Police on “Drink Don’t Drive” campaign – the annual activity during festive season to raise awareness on road safety during New Year holiday. This year, Pernod Ricard Thailand donated 40,000 refreshing towels as well as 40,000 educational notebooks on traffic regulations and penalties to Pol. Lt. Gen. Dr. Suwira Songmetta, Royal Thai Police, and Provincial Police Region 7 to hand out to motorists. The campaign and cooperation is a part of Pernod Ricard’s commitment to promoting road safety awareness, especially during long holidays when there are higher numbers of commuters on highways.
