IPKey Event: Exchange of Good Practices on Limiting Advertising on IP-Infringing Websites and Mobile Applications

On 28th March 2023 – Ms. Ploynapa Julagasigorn, EABC IPR Working Group Chair, Mr. Bob Fox, Board Director / DE-ICT WG Chair, and EABC Team attended the Exchange of Good Practices on Limiting Advertising on IP-Infringing Websites and Mobile Applications in Thailand organised by IP Key SEA.

Opening remarks were delivered by Ms. Kanitha Kungsawanich, Deputy Director General, Department of Intellectual Property of Thailand and Ms. Mafalda Alves Inverneiro Fortuna Do Couto, Legal and Policy Officer, Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW), European Commission.

Ms. Ploynapa had the opportunity to share the EU Business Perspective on the Thailand MOU on Online Advertising and Intellectual Property Rights together with Ms. Chalin Aryapitak, Legal Officer, Practitioner Level, Department of Intellectual Property of Thailand and Ms. Mafalda Alves Inverneiro Fortuna Do Couto, Legal and Policy Officer, Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW), European Commission

Closing remarks was made by Mr. Tiago Guerreiro, Project Leader of the IP Key SEA.
