EABC: IPR Working group meeting with the EUD

On 27th March 2023 – EABC IPR Working Group led by Ms. Ploynapa Julagasigorn, IPR WG Chair, Mr. Bob Fox, Board Director / DE-ICT WG Chair, Mr. Franck Fougere, Managing Partner at Ananda IP, and Ms. Pavinee Bunyissara, Partner at Nishimura & Asahi had a meeting with the European Union Delegation at the EUD Office.

This collaborative discussion centered around key areas of concern regarding, legislative updates in the IPR sector, MOUs, Copyright & Data Protection, IP enforcement, and a summary of the DIP Consultation meeting.

We would like to extend our thanks to Ms. Lucia Balogova, Counsellor, Economic and Trade Section, Mr. Martin Schotelburg, IPR Officer, and Mr. Chet Suksang, Trade Officer, Trade and Economic Section for the fruitful discussion to improve the IPR sector in Thailand.

We will continue the close cooperation between EABC and EUD to enhance future development.
