The destruction of counterfeit and pirated goods by the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP)

On 23 August 2024, EABC was invited by the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) to witness the destruction of counterfeit and pirated goods. The event was presided over by Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce. He reaffirmed Thailand’s commitment to upholding treaties and legal obligations to protect intellectual property rights (IPR) and to deter violations.
