On 28 August 2024, EABC’s Food, Agriculture, and Beverages Working Group held its monthly meeting.
EABC provided a recap of the outcomes from the Working Group’s meeting with the EU Delegation in Thailand, covering topics such as updates on the EU-Thailand FTA negotiations, the Draft Act to Regulate the Marketing of Food and Beverages Affecting Children’s Health, the Draft Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Act, and the Draft Clean Management Act. Members also discussed plans and the agenda for engaging with the new government.
During the meeting, Khun Khemika announced her decision to step down as Chair of the Food, Agriculture, and Beverages Working Group. EABC would like to extend its gratitude for her hard work, leadership, and dedication to the Working Group over the years.
