PUBLIC HEARING ON ANTI-DUMPING AND COUNTERVAILING OF FOREIGN PRODUCTS ACT
On Wed 10th Oct, EABC delegates led by Mr. Chaladbhum Temkasem and Ms. Charanya Nopnukulvised, attended the Department of Foreign Trade’s Public Hearings on enforcing the provisions of Thailand’s Anti-Dumping and Countervailing of Foreign Products Act in which contains certain provisions in relation to the restriction of right and liberty of person.
