Meeting with Ambassador of Poland

On 12 September 2016, at Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Bangkok, EABC President Mr. Rolf-Dieter Daniel and EABC Executives paid a courtesy visit to the Poland Ambassador to Thailand, Mr. Zenon Kuchciak.

The meeting was also joined by Ms. Anna Krzak-Danel, First Counsellor and Mr. Tomasz Miklaszewski, Counsellor. On this occasion, the President discussed on the resumption of EU-Thailand FTA on a technical level. Both parties agreed economic cooperation between Europe and Thailand should be strengthen, starting with the technical talks as soon as possible. The Ambassador has invited the EABC to participate in the upcoming EU-ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting while the EABC can provide perspectives of overall positive development in Thailand in order to suggest Brussels to change direction. The meeting also discussed on increasing trades between Thailand and Poland where EABC can support as European Chamber of Commerce for Polish businesses. Both parties bid farewell.
