Follow up meeting with the Customs Department

Led by the Chairperson of Customs and Law sub-Working Group, the EABC organized the follow up meeting with the Customs Department on 24 June 2015. Officials from Customs Standard Procedures and Valuation Bureau,

Planning and International Affairs Bureau and Legal Affairs Bureau participated and gave very informative responses to the EABC representatives. The main discussion topics covered Free Zone (FZ), Customs Reform, Formal Customs Entry in English and National Single Window (NSW). In this opportunity, Customs officers also updated the EABC representatives on the progress of Draft Customs Act as well as the list of government agencies that linked to National Single Window (NSW) system.
