AMENDMENTS TO THE LABOUR PROTECTION ACT

Please see below icon for the Amendments to the Thailand Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541. The LPA replaces the measures provided under the old law. The new labour act seeks to expand employee rights, and the text provides greater clarity on previously ambiguous provisions.
