Digital Service Platforms Decree :The Future of Thailand's Digital Economy Roundtable on 30 September

On 30th September, Asia Group Advisors and Thammasat University’s Faculty of Law held a webinar on Digital Service Platforms Decree: The future of Thailand’s Digital Economy ,with a panel of four. Dean of the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, Dr. Munin Pongsapan provided opening remarks.

EABC Vice President and Digital Economy/ICT Working Group Chair, Mr. Bob Fox together with ETDA Executive Director Dr. Chaichana Mitrpant, Professor Thitirat Thipsamritkul from Thamamsat University and Vice President of the Digital Council of Thailand shared their perspectives on the recently released second draft Royal Decree on “Governance of Digital Service Platforms Business which Requires Notification” and its broader implications towards Thailand’s post-pandemic digital economy and platform economy development direction.
