IP Fair 2025

On Friday, 15 August 2025, EABC representatives, including Operations Director Charanya Nopnukulvised, Ph.D.; Policy Manager Pitchapha Suwanalert; and IPR Working Group representative Saowanee Leewijitsin, attended the opening ceremony of the Intellectual Property Fair 2025, held at Samyan Mitrtown, under the theme “Vibrant Ideas Unleashed.”

The event welcomed special remarks from Mr. Daren Tang, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), highlighting Thailand’s continued efforts in strengthening intellectual property rights to advance an inclusive and creativity-driven digital economy.

Following the special remarks, H.E. Mr. Jatuporn Buruspat, Minister of Commerce, presided over the ceremony and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to enhancing Thailand’s intellectual property landscape.

The IP Fair 2025 serves as a platform to promote creativity and aims to empower Thai entrepreneurs by showcasing their innovations. The event also features the promotion of Thailand’s success stories on Geographical Indications (GI), seminars for knowledge-sharing on intellectual property rights, and a dedicated “IP Local Market” zone spotlighting Thai products and innovations.

The IP Fair 2025 will be held from 15-17 August, celebrating Thai creativity and promoting the protection of intellectual property in Thailand.
