Third Roundtable on Digital Dialogues on Privacy’ Series

‘Digital Dialogues on Privacy’ Series – jointly-hosted by the Asian Governance Foundation (AGF), the German-South East Asian Centre of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPG) and Facebook Inc. This series of ongoing roundtables first tackled Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), with a focus on a preview of its upcoming subordinate legislation. The second roundtable focused on the various legal bases for processing data in the PDPA.

Roundtable 3 was held on 11 February 2021 on Notice and Consent Requirements in the PDPA and its Subordinate Legislation (which is in development) a closed door roundtable of experts. Included in the roundtable was EABC Vice President and Digital Economy/ICT Working Group Chair, Mr. Bob Fox who previously participated in the second roundtable.
