The New Chair of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Working Group

EABC would like to congratulate the new chair of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Working Group, Ms. Pavinee BUNYAMISSARA, Partner at SCL Nishimura and Asahi.

Ms. Pavinee Bunyamissara is a leading expert in intellectual property (IP) law with close to 20 years of professional experience. She is now currently a partner at SCL Nishimura & Asahi, one of the biggest law firms in Thailand, as well as in Southeast Asia, is renowned for its substantial resources and diversity in handling international business law practices. Ms. Pavinee routinely advises major clients on matters relating to trademark and patent registrations, copyright recordation, license agreements, as well as trademark, patent and copyright infringement. She also assists with overseas trademark and patent registration applications and acts as counsel providing expert guidance to clients throughout IP enforcement process and litigation proceedings.
