SEC Updates Annual Report Filing Forms

MPG would like to share the SEC Updates Annual Report Filing Forms. In order to streamline the annual performance reporting process for publicly listed companies, the SEC has merged the Annual Registration Statement (Form 56-1) and the Annual Report (Form 56-2) into a single form– the “56-1 One Report.”
