PDPA Sub-Regulation Focus Group

On 10th September, EABC is invited to attend the MDES PDPA Sub-Regulation Focus Group event, hosted by The Interim Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Draft PDPA sub-regulations are categorized into 3 groups. Public Hearing of the 1st and 2nd group was held in March and June respectively.

The 3rd group of draft sub-regulations included
1. Codes of Conduct
2. Automated Processing and Data Processing Impact Assessment
3. Standard and Certification
4. International Cooperation
