OTCC's public hearing to discuss the subordinate legislation

On Wed 5th Sep, EABC delegates led by Khun Chaladbhum Temkasem and Khun Charanya Nopnukulvised, attended the Office of Trade Competition Commission (OTCC)’s public hearing to discuss the subordinate legislation to enforce the provisions of Thailand’s new Trade Competition Act B.E. 2560 (2017) (TCA), including issuing notifications concerning the specific process.
