Department of Business Development Clarifies Use of Electronic Certificates

MPG update illustrates the Department of Business Development Announcement on May 22, 2020. In support of the Thai government’s goal to promote the digitization of government services, the Department of Business Development has released clarifications regarding the use and validity of the electronic version of the Certificate of Juristic Person.
