MPG OVERVIEW OF THE THAILAND PPP ACT B.E. 2562 (2019)

Mahanakorn Partners Group‘s Legal Department drafted an overview of the recently promulgated Thailand Public-Private Partnership Act B.E. 2562 (2019). The new law provides a comprehensive legislative framework for private participation in infrastructure.
