Blue Elephant Group, founded by Master Chef Nooror, has been the unofficial Thai Culinary Ambassador since 1980. Our group, which started with the very first Thai restaurant in Europe, has since then branched out into several activities, all about Thai gastronomy : restaurants, cooking schools, MICE & events, consulting and the production of a line of Thai Premium Ingredients available for retail and in food service formats made by Blue Spice - its manufacturing arm- that is now exported to 45 countries.
