MPG would like to share the latest update about Guidelines for Electronic Civil Court Proceedings.  A new announcement from the President of the Supreme Court, effective 1 October 2020, provides guidelines for electronic civil court proceedings, including requirements for electronic hearings and the transmission and form of electronic court documents.
