Foreign Business Act – Unlocking the Economy

The Foreign Business Act of 1999 protects many industries which in fact are ready to compete but are protected, primarily by its List 3. EABC has long recommended removal of specific items from List 3 and the same recommendation appears in the 2019/2020 European Business Position Paper HERE  pp 52-54.

Now in the COVID 19 era, EABC is turning to ways in which FDI can be stimulated in support of economic recovery.
