Food, Agriculture and Beverages Working Group Meeting #8
On 24th August 2023 – Food, Agriculture, and Beverages (FAB) Working Group held its eighth meeting of 2023 via MS Teams. The meeting fostered constructive discussions on developments in the food, agriculture and beverages industries, including:– Updates EPR regulations from the Pollution Control Department, along with discussion on further actions for the recent draft version;
– Progress updates on the Ministry of Public Health regarding the Draft Control of the Marketing of Food and Beverages that Affect Children’s Health Act;
– Updates on the development of the access of agricultural innovation; and
-Updates on OECD’s guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct for regulatory reform, good governance, and human capital development.
