On 21 September 2016, the opening ceremony of TILOG-LOGISTIX 2016 was held at The Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The event which was presided over by the Minister of Commerce, H.E. Mrs. Apiradi Tantraporn, was attended by the Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Mrs. Malee Choklumlerd and executives from supporting associations. EABC was represented at the opening ceremony by EABC President, Mr. Rolf-Dieter Daniel and Chairperson of Transport and Logistics working group, Mr. John Quarmby.

TILOG-LOGISTIX 2016 was recognized as the most comprehensive exhibition on logistics service providers and intralogistics technologies&solutions for ASEAN+6. It was indeed an extraordinary gathering to start off the forward movement of Thailand and the region’s logistics towards the Industry 4.0 era.
