EABC Luncheon Policy Session 2025: Civil Servant Medical Benefit Scheme; Policy Direction, and Way Forward for Sustainable Financing and Patient Access

June 25 @ 11:00 am - 2:30 pm

We are delighted to invite you to EABC Luncheon Policy Session 2025: Civil Servant Medical Benefit Scheme; Policy Direction, and Way Forward for Sustainable Financing and Patient Access on Wednesday, 25 June 2025, 11:00 – 14:30 at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai.

Presented by Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Working Group. This event is a thought-provoking event designed to bring policymaker and stakeholders to address one of the most pressing challenges in Thailand’s healthcare landscape and to discuss the  importance of the development of sustainable healthcare financing in Thailand.

As the country faces a rapidly aging population and a surge in non-communicable diseases (NCDs), the current healthcare financing model is becoming increasingly unsustainable. These demographic and epidemiological shifts are placing immense pressure on public health budgets and threatening patient access to essential treatment and services.

This session will share the policy direction and explore the urgent need for innovative and sustainable financing solutions to ensure the long-term viability of the Civil Servant Medical Benefit Scheme (CSMBS). It will also highlight the critical role of public-private collaboration in shaping policies that enhance healthcare access while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

This endeavor is the route to achieving lasting economic growth and sustainability for Thailand, paving the way for its future sustainable development.

Join us in shaping the future of healthcare in Thailand toward a system that is inclusive, resilient, and sustainable.
