Speakers: Cindy Sirinya Bishop is a Super Model, Actress, TV Host and Activist who is possibly best known for her role as the host of Asia’s Next Top Model. Cindy is involved in many social causes, widely reported in local and international media. Sexual assault and gender-based violence is a reality that 1 in 3 women in the world have to deal with, yet it remains a topic shrouded in shame, kept secret or talked about in hushed voices for fear of further discrimination and punishment. Cindy will talk about her journey as the founder of Dont Tell Me How To Dress, a social movement aimed to create awareness and change social norms around the issue of sexual assault and to reduce gender-based violence in Southeast Asia. Helen Suwannawongse is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, an NLP Master Practitioner, Cultural Awareness Speaker, and a passionate people person in every sense of the word. Helen works with the Oxfam team in Asia as Regional HR & OD Manager, and Global Head of Learning and Organization Development Shared Service. Helen is an advocate for Gender Justice and strives to propel organizational results through strategic human resources and culture building initiatives and will be speaking about gender equality, diversity and inclusion in Oxfam, and initiatives to promote a culture, free from exploitation, harm and abuse.
