EABC members are cordially invited to the 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the European Trade Association for Business and Commerce (EABC), to be convened on Wednesday 11 October 2017 at 16:30 hr. at British Business Centre, British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT), 7th Floor, 208 Wireless Road Building, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok, Thailand (map). The EGM will be followed by a networking opportunity.

Entrance Fee: EABC Members: Free of charge
**Participation to EGM for EABC members reserved to 1 person per 1 company member.
**Representatives or proxies wish to bring guests, the additional cost will be charged at THB 1,000 per person for non-members and THB 700 per person for members. Pre-payment is required. 

Attendance at the EGM:
In accordance to the EABC Bylaws, only those registered as designated representatives of EABC Ordinary Member are entitled to attend and cast votes at the EGM. If the registered EABC representative could not attend, the proxy could be appointed on his/her behalf.

If you do not plan to attend the meeting in person, please appoint a proxy to another Ordinary Member or EABC Secretariat to vote on your behalf.

Please be advised that fifteen percent (15%) attendances of EABC Ordinary Members are required to constitute a quorum at the EGM. Your attendance is important and would be greatly appreciated. Please return the form to Ms. Pasiree Thongsak at [email protected], by 10 October 2017.
