EU GATE Red Tape Website Developer

The EU-German Global Access and Trade Expertise (GATE) project is a joint project by the European Union Delegation in Cambodia and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) to support European trade, investment and related advocacy in Cambodia.

As the delivery partner, the European Chamber of Commerce (Eurocham) will be supporting this project through advocacy work.  More specifically, Eurocham activities will focus on improving cross sectoral trade facilitation through reducing of bureaucratic red tape either through providing sector specific expertise combined with digital solutions or insights on reduction in paperwork. For this theme of red tape, a digital information platform is required to identify, advocate for and monitor the progress of said reduction in unnecessary bureaucratic legislation and processes.

Therefore, Eurocham is looking for a qualified IT company to design, develop, launch and maintain the red tape monitoring website pages, in close collaboration with Eurocham, which will develop the content for the webpages and continually update it. The aim of the webpage is to be complimentary to the advocacy work of the online advocacy compass, previously known as the annually printed white paper. Considering the Advocacy Compass website is already online, the red tape pages on this already existing website would create a more interactive platform that can receive input from website visitors.
