EABC’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Working Group.

On 26 February 2025, EABC’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Working Group held its monthly meeting in a hybrid format. Participants shared the outcomes of the Stakeholders Consultation on the Protection and Enforcement of IPRs in Thailand, organised by the DIP, which include legislative developments on the Draft Patent Act and the Copy Rights Act.
