EABC: Workshop on Risk Sharing Agreement Models on 19 November 2021

On 19th November, EABC Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals Working Group held a meeting a workshop on Risk Sharing Agreement Models with and Fiscal Policy Office and Comptroller General’s Department from Ministry of Finance.

The workshop was mainly revolved around key requirements for consideration in the establishment of the risk-sharing framework as a public-private partnership for an innovative solution for sustainable healthcare financing & access. Detailed SWOT analysis from each participant’s perspective was also shared and discussed. Afterwards, the participants were divided into two groups to further discuss the subjects of model prioritization based on feasibility, needs for regulations to support model implementation as well as the establishment of Confidential Agreement and Data registry.
