EABC: IPR Working Group Lunch Meeting with the EUD

On 19th June 2023 – EABC IPR Working Group held its 5th meeting of the year with a lunch meeting with the EU Delegation at Gianni Ristorante, Athenee Tower.

The meeting facilitated constructive discussions on IPR issues related to the current political situation in Thailand, the impact of FTA negotiations, and the Patent Act, focusing on enhancing IPR law enforcement in Thailand.

We would like to extend our thank to Mr. Martin Schotelburg. IPR Officer, and Mr. Chet Suksang, Trade Officer, Trade and Economic Section, for their invaluable contributions to the fruitful discussion aimed at improving the IPR sector in Thailand.

We will continue the close cooperation between EABC and EU Delegation to enhance future development.
