EABC IPR Working Group held its 9th meeting

On 21st November 2023 – The EABC IPR WG held its 9th meeting of the year at SCL Nishimura & Asahi Limited office and MS Teams.

The meeting was fruitful and dynamic discussions on the Intellectual Property Rights development in Thailand.

Key topics included;

– Exchange the practical insights on the impacts of AI and Social Media on Copyright;
– Update on the responsible measures for Cybersecurity in IPR protection efforts;
– Update on the responsibility of Intermediary Service Providers (ISPs) for IPR infringements;
– Monitoring the progress of the English version of the DIP website and online filling;
– Preparing for the EABC – EU ABC mission trip.
