EABC - Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Working Group Meeting #6 2025

On 15 October 2025, the EABC Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Working Group held its sixth hybrid meeting of the year, led by Ms. Pavinee Bunyamissara, at SCL Nishimura & Asahi Office.

Building on previous discussions, the meeting featured updates on the Illicit Trade Sub-Task Force and reviewed upcoming events. The meeting also included an exchange of insights on copyright and artificial intelligence (AI) under current legal framework, including ongoing discussions on evolving regulatory considerations.
