EABC Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals Working Group #6

On 26th June 2023, EABC Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals WG held the sixth meeting of the year at EABC office and via MS Teams.

The meeting encompassed fruitful discussions on several important topics, including:

• Updates on past advocacy efforts, such as the meeting with ARISE Plus regarding Thailand’s public procurement and competitive policy, as well as the relaunch of the EU-Thailand FTA.
• Proposal for copayment system.
• Development of a new government engagement plan.
• Discussion on the recently introduced regulations pertaining to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
