EABC Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Working Group

On 23 May 2025, EABC’s Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Working Groups held their fifth meeting of the year — the first since the successful launch of the 2025 European Business Position Paper. As highlighted during the launch, a key priority is to deepen engagement with policymakers and stakeholders to support the long-term development of Thailand’s healthcare system.

In line with this commitment, the Working Group is now taking its first concrete step by preparing for the upcoming EABC Luncheon Policy Session on “Civil Service Medical Benefit Scheme: Policy Direction and Way Forward for Sustainable Financing and Patient Access.” Additionally, working group representatives shared a brief recap of their recent discussion with HITAP, further reinforcing the group’s efforts to promote evidence-based dialogue in the healthcare policy space.
