SCOPE IPR – Trade Marks and Designs: Tools for Business, Creativity, Innovation

On 1 August 2025, EABC representatives, including Mrs. Paranee Adulyapichet, EABC President and Chair of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Working Group; Ms. Saowanee Leewijitsin, representative of the Intellectual Property Rights Working Group; Ms. Pitchapha Suwanalert, Policy Manager, participated in the “SCOPE IPR – Trade Marks and Designs: Tools for Business, Creativity, Innovation” event held at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok together in the photo with Félix Ortuño López, Intellectual Property Specialist and Gonzalo Bilbao, Project leader from EUIPO.

The event, co-organised by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), emphasised the importance of trademarks and design rights in enhancing business competitiveness, driving innovation, and protection of creativity. The event also explored the IP landscape in Thailand and the EU, reinforcing the value of strong IP Protection frameworks in supporting economic growth and innovation.
