COVID-19 Tax Relief Measures for SMEs and Debt Restructuring

MPG would like to share tax update illustrates the Royal Decrees no. 707, 708, and 709 published in the Government Gazette on July 12th, 2020, which provide assistance to businesses affected by the COVID-19 outbreak by granting interest expense and wage expense deductions to SMEs, and tax exemptions to support debtors and creditors involved in debt restructuring.
