A Consultation Meeting on the Protection and Enforcement of Intellectual Property Right in Thailand

The EABC with the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and representatives from the Intellectual Property Working Group participated in the Annual Consultative Meeting on the Protection and Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in Thailand held by the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP). The event was chaired by the DIP’s Director General, Mr. Thosapone Dunsuputra. This year’s discussions focus on legislative developments, issues with enforcement, and online infringements. The Working Group had the opportunity to provide alternative perspectives and express concerns from the private sectors.
