• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration.
• If payment is not made 3 working days before the event, your place will be released to the waiting list.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made less than 3 working days before the event and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• Participants who have not paid will be invoiced unconditionally.
