EABC is delighted to hold the official Launch Event of the third European business Position Paper on Trade & Investment and Recommendations titled “Strengthening European-Thai Economic Relations towards Competitive Thailand”.

Although there was a pause on the WG progress due to political uncertainty in 2013-2014, the discussions have been resumed again since mid-2014. The EABC Advocacy Groups then have started their policy dialogues and prepared the 2015 EABC Position Paper that will cover all the important current issues since 2013, namely customs reforms, new excise tax base, BOI’s new investment promotion scheme, market access, services liberalization, etc.
