EABC: Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Working Group On 20 October 2022

On 20 October 2022 – EABC Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Working Group led by Ms. Paranee Adulyapichet, the Working Group chair and members had an in-person meeting with Dr. Surachoke Tangwiwat, Deputy Secretary- General of the Food and Drug Administration at the FDA on the topics of Sustainable Healthcare Financing, E-Pharmacy and Self-care.

We would like to extends our thanks to his team; Ms. Anchalee Jiraknatee, Director of the National Drug Policy Division, Dr. Pornthip Jeamsuchon, Specialist in the development of consumer protection systems in the region and locality, Ms. Worasuda Yungthong, Director of the food division, and Ms. Sitanan Poonphonsap, Director of International Cooperation Division for the fruitful discussion.

We also took this opportunity to present a print copy of EABC’s 2022 European Business Position Paper to his team, which includes a specific chapter on Health and Pharmaceuticals.

EABC committed to continue working closely with the Thai Royal Government for any future collaboration to ensure Thailand economic growth.
