EABC representatives attended the UN Responsible Business and Human Rights Forum at the United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok.

On 25 September 2024, EABC representatives, Mr. Matthew Grose, Vice President and Chair of the Insurance Working Group, Dr. Charanya Nopnukulvised, Operations Director and Mr. Pemtat Chanhom, Policy Manager attended the UN Responsible Business and Human Rights Forum at the United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok.

Mr. Matthew Grose also participated as a panelist. The forum, themed “Bridging Commerce and Rights Advocacy: What Business Associations Bring to Rights Advocacy,” highlighted the crucial role business associations play in shaping responsible business practices. Mr. Matthew Grose shared insights on how the European Chamber of Commerce Thailand engages with governments to promote responsible business and human rights by shaping policies that protect and promote rights.
