EABC participated in the meeting with Department of Intellectual Property on the MoU for the Protection of IPR

On 13 February 2025, EABC participated in the meeting on the MoU for the Protection of IPR on the Internet, organised by the Department of Intellectual Property. During the meeting, EABC highlighted concerns about the sale of unlicensed and potentially IP-infringing crop protection products on online platforms and encouraged relevant parties to enhance their monitoring efforts.
