UNLOCKING ICT - an enabler for innovative growth

The ICT sectors represent an important engine for innovative growth. But it is generally accepted, as with much of services generally, that they are not contributing to the economy nor supporting other sectors in ways which they could and should.  A full day, comprehensive conference (co-organised by EABC and JFCCT) with 25 speakers across 15 sessions (of 8 Addresses and 7 Topic Sessions) was held on 2 July. The aim was to bring developments to light, to understand issues and hear recommendations for their resolution.
