DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nIt is our pleasure to invite you to join one of the most important Arbitration conference in Thailand\, The 2nd International ADR Conference 2019\, ICC – THAC Arbitration Conference 2019 and Global Mediation Forum 2019 \nThis conference is jointly organized by the THAC Thailand Arbitration Center\, our member\, The International Court of Arbitration (ICC) and  International Dispute Resolutions & Risk Management Institute (IDRRMI). \n  \nThe annual flagship conference is designed to attract legal practitioners\, judges\, in – house counsel\, policymakers\, academics and business persons for a comprehensive discussion on promoting the use of arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.  \n  \nThe Conference in May aims to identify new opportunities for legal convergence to produce a more robust and predictable cross – border regime for arbitration\, mediation and online dispute resolution. The Conference this year will emphasize developments in the field of ADR and future trends in this area. It is expected that the discussion will touch on the impact and opportunities for the wider use and adoption of ADR. This conference will be held on 13th – 16th May 2019 at Infinity Ballroom\, Pullman Bangkok King Power\, Bangkok.
