DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the European Association for Business and Commerce (EABC)\, to be convened on Thursday\, 10th June 2021 at 17:00 hrs. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and social distancing measures that remain in place\, we have decided to hold the meeting as a virtual event over Zoom meeting. \nIn accordance with the EABC bylaws\, only those registered as designated Representatives of paid up EABC Ordinary Members are entitled to attend and cast votes at the AGM. If the registered EABC representative cannot attend\, there are two means to cover the situation: \n\nThe Ordinary Member company can by its registered Representative\, appoint one second Representative who must be someone associated with the Ordinary Member company. This must be done by written notice (including email with confirmed receipt) to EABC prior to the meeting; or\nThe Ordinary Member company can by its registered Representative appoint a Proxy\, who must be a registered Representative of any Ordinary Member.\n\nPlease note that no Representative of an Ordinary Member (company) can hold more than two Proxies in respect of each Ordinary Member (company). \nPlease return any required proxy or appointing a second representative form to our office’s email at director@eabc-thailand.org. no later than Monday\, 7th June 2021 at 17:00 hrs. \nWe seek your kind confirmation on attendance. DESCRIPTION:Mekong Institute (MI) and the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) is inviting 50 representatives from the ministries of labor and education\, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutes\, universities\, think tanks\, as well as industrial and employer-employee associations from Cambodia\, Lao PDR\, Myanmar\, and Vietnam to attend the “Regional Public-Private Consultative Workshop on Enhancing Private Sector Engagement in Improving Employability of the CLMV Workforce” on June 21 and 22\, 2021 via online conference system. \nThe workshop will cover two days of live sessions.
