SUMMARY:EABC OUTREACH in THE NETHERLANDS
DESCRIPTION:The European Association for Business and Commerce (EABC)\, in collaboration with EuroChambres participated at the Road 2 South East Asia event organized by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce\, on the November 10\, 2015 in Amsterdam. The EABC was represented by Mr. Philippe Adriaenssens of EuroChambres.  \nThe event served as an opportunity for the EABC to cooperate further with its consortium network members to better facilitate and educate companies and SMEs in Europe interested in doing business in Thailand. \nThe 1 day event featured presentations on the various markets in ASEAN including Thailand\, followed by workshops\, networking sessions as well as round-table discussions\, where Mr Adriaenssens was able to meet with several Dutch SMEs seeking business assistance to explore opportunities in Thailand. \nMr Adriaenssens presented the EABC’s activities in Thailand\, in a short presentation\, as well as how it works in collaboration with its consortium network to support European companies\, particularly SMEs interested to enter the Thai market.

SUMMARY:EABC AT SLOVAK MATCHMAKING FAIR 2015 IN BRATISLAVA
DESCRIPTION:The European Association for Business and Commerce (EABC) took part in the Slovak MatchMaking Fair 2015\, organized by the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO)\, at the Bratislava Hotel\, in Bratislava on November 10\, 2015. \nThe aim of the event was to inform Slovak companies about the various business opportunities the Thai market\, as well as to also help interested Slovak companies\, particularly SMEs learn about the services and activities provided by the EABC to support market entry into Thailandand other ASEAN countries. The event was attended by more than 180 participants. \nThe representative of the EABC was able to hold several B2B meetings with many Slovak\, as well as other European companies interested in the Thai market.   \nMore information about the event here.

Representatives of botht the EABC and the EPBN\, presented an overview of their respective markets followed by in-depth discussions with some of the CEA’s member SMEs wo eere interested to know more about particular sectors in Thailand. \n
