Since our first launch of EABC Position Paper in 2012\, transparency and predictability in policymaking and application of rules and regulations is regarded as essential for a stable business environment. Competition on fair terms fosters efficiency and innovation. It supports open markets allowing businesses to provide better value for Thai consumers. If you have doubts whether your current business is competing unfairly or thinking of stepping into a business that is run similarly by the government this seminar will give you important information. “Trade Competition Discussion” in this unique setting with our excellent guest speaker will answer all your questions so you can take advantage of the business opportunities in Thailand. \nParticipants: EABC Board and Members such as European businesses in Thailand\, relevant stakeholders such as EU Member States Embassies\, Chambers and Consortium Partner’s members\, national and regional press and media. \nDress Code: Business Casual. \nTentative Agenda\n16.00 – 16.30 hrs           Registration\n16.30 – 17.30 hrs           Talk on “Trade Competition Discussion” \n\nDr. Robert Ian McEwin\, Head of Competition Consulting\, Australian National University\nMs. Wipanan Prasompluem\, Senior Associate on Litigation of Allen & Overy (Thailand) Co.\, Ltd.\n\n17.30 – 17.50 hrs           Q&A\n17.50 – 18.00 hrs           Closing Remarks by Mr. Peter Bjork\, EABC Executive Director \nEABC members and Consortium members     THB250 net \nNon-members                                                   THB400 net \nRegistration deadline: Thursday 21 July 2016 \nPayment cash only at the entrance \nFor more information and registration\, please contact: policy@eabc-thailand.eu or (66) 2 670 0624 ext 104\, www.eabc-thailand.eu \n****BOOK NOW\, seats are limited and will be provided on a first come first served basis. \n(Registration is binding.
